How Do I Set General Preferences?

To Set General Preferences, perform the following steps:

1. Click Options.

   The options panel appears. By default, General preferences is selected.

   The General Preferences tab appears in the central panel. The General Preferences tab displays the following options:

   • Language

   • Date Format

   • Time Format

   • Convergence Startup

2. Choose a language from the Language drop-down menu.

3. Choose a date format from the Order options. Choose a delimiter from the Delimiter options.

4. Choose a time format from the Time Format options. The available options are 12 hour and 24 hour.

5. From the Convergence Startup drop-down menu, select the service that you want to start when logging into Convergence.

   The available options are:

   • Messages

   • Calendar

6. Click Save Preferences.
