To view and manage invitations, follow these steps:
Click Invitations from the Calendar view toolbar in the right pane.
By default, the invitations for the current day appear. To select your invitations in other views, click the corresponding icon on the right side of the toolbar. The options available are: Day, Week, Next7, and Month. You can further filter your invitations by clicking any of the following options:
All: Displays all invitations on your calendar.
Open: Displays all open invitations on your calendar.
Accepted: Displays all accepted events on your calendar.
Declined: Displays all invitations that you declined.
Maybe: Displays all invitations that you had marked your attendance as maybe.
Sent: Displays all invitations that you have created.
All invitations available for your criteria appear.
Click the invitation that you want to manage.
The following details are available:
The Title of the invitation.
Sender's details, followed by a link to view the event details.
Click the link to view all the attributes of the event.
Date, Start Time and End Time of the invitation.
Location
Your decision on the availability of the event.
Based on your decision, the following status appears.
You declined this invitation: If you have declined this invitation.
You can change your response to this event by clicking on the Change response? link.
You accepted this invitation: If you have accepted this invitation.
Change your response to this event by clicking Change response? link.
Can you attend?: The status indicates that you have not made a decision on whether you are attending this event. This is followed by the following options: No, Yes, and Maybe. Click the appropriate option.
Note - Events that span for a period of 15 minutes, only the title is shown.
A link to delete this event.
Click the title of the event to view more details about the invitation.
A new tab with the details of the events appears.
