How Do I Edit a Contact?

You can edit your contact details from your address book. All fields that you see when creating a contact are visible while editing a contact.


Note - You can only edit contacts in the default Personal Address Book and user-defined address books.


To edit a contact, perform the following steps:

  1. Select All Contacts from the left pane.

  2. Enter the name of the contact in the text area provided for searching contacts, and press the Enter key on the keyboard.

    The contact appears in the search result.

  3. Select the contact in the search results pane and click Edit.

    A new tab appears that shows the information for the contact.

  4. Edit or add the required information for the contact in the corresponding field.

  5. Click Save.

After adding the contact, all details that you have provided for the contact appear in the view mode.
